Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
You have 7 days from your purchase date to request a return or exchange. Once approved, a prepaid return label will be sent to your email. There will be a $15 restocking fee applied to all returns. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Final Sale
Fine Jewelry, Beauty, Swimwear, and all Sale items are final sale. The Row handbags are final sale.
International Returns
At this time, we do not accept international returns or exchanges. All international orders are considered final sale.
We encourage customers to review product details, sizing, and descriptions carefully before completing their purchase. If you have any questions prior to ordering, please contact our concierge team at concierge@amarees.com for assistance.
Refunds
You have 7 days from the date you receive your package to request a return or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

Shipping & Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If A’maree’s provides a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you choose to create your own label, we recommend a trackable service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
